Most complete orders placed before 2pm Pacific Standard Time will be sent to our warehouse the same day and ship within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Federal holidays and weekends). In most cases, if a product is not available to ship immediately, it is placed on back order.

Weekends or holidays are NOT considered “shipping days”. The map refers to “business days” only and is meant as a rough guideline. UPS/FedEx/USPS does not guarantee their ground shipping method. UPS and FedEx are also not able to deliver to PO Boxes. We strongly urge all customers with a deadline to utilize an expedited shipping method such as Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select as they have the highest priority in our shipping department. These are the only guaranteed shipping methods that UPS and FedEx provide (excluding non-business days). Please note that USPS shipping has the same priority as all other ground methods of shipping and does not have priority over other shipping methods.

We make every attempt to ship the majority of our orders within 24 to 48 hours of placement (excluding weekends and holidays). If there is to be an extended delay in shipping your order due to circumstances beyond our control, we will attempt within all reasonable means to contact you for further instructions.

Preventing Fraudulent Charges

At BajaForce, Inc. we take very strict precautions to ensure that many of our orders are verified in order to guard against fraud. Please note that we do use a credit card authorization system that verifies your credit card number to the billing address that the bank has on file. This means that using an address different than the actual credit card’s address may delay the package and cause us to put your order on hold until we can verify your information. We also ask that if possible, you use the same billing and shipping information for your order. Again, we may be forced to put the order on hold until we can verify all of the information on the order. BajaForce, Inc. will not be responsible for upgrading the shipping or offering a discount of any sort should either of these situations occur. The customer is responsible for ensuring that all billing and shipping information is accurate.

Shipping to US Territories

We ship all orders via UPS, USPS, Fedex, and OnTrac. These carriers use the weight, dimensions, and destination of each order in order to calculate the appropriate shipping charge. Please be aware that shipments to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, and Guam can be very expensive, and at times can be more than the order itself. We recommend that any customers ordering from the states and territories contact us to place orders so that we may assist in finding the most economical shipping method.

Oversized / Large Items

The online system is not able to always accurately calculate the shipping for larger items, such as wheels, tires, full suspension lift kits, oversized bumpers, tire carriers, body panels, storage racks, transfer cases, transmissions, seats, and more. There may be instances where one of our Customer Service Representatives will contact you after your order has been placed in order to verify any changes in the shipping costs.

Free shipping offers never apply to oversized items and items delivered by truck freight, as well as prior purchases and returns. If you use a free shipping coupon with a mix of normal items and oversize items we may have to ask for shipping charge due to the excessive cost of shipping large items.

UPS My Choice

UPS My Choice gives you a new level of flexibility and control over home deliveries. The free membership offers you free delivery alerts and an approximate delivery time, allows you to authorize shipment release, and allows you to hold the shipment for will call. It will also allow you to deliver the package to a UPS Retail Location, reschedule a delivery, or deliver the shipment to another address (these features may incur fees). The My Choice program is based off of your home address as well as your online UPS account.

 

BajaForce, Inc. is not liable for any fees or penalties incurred from UPS My Choice including but not limited to reroute, scheduling, or change of address fees. If a customer waives their right to sign for their package through My Choice, UPS and BajaForce, Inc. are not liable if the package is lost, stolen or damaged.

FedEx Delivery Manager

By signing up for FedEx Delivery Manager at fedex.com/delivery, customers can receive notification of FedEx Express and FedEx Ground packages en route to their homes, and can choose various delivery options.  Sign up is free.  Some options, including scheduling deliveries for a specific date, or time, or to another address are available for a nominal fee.  Customers can also actively track and manage the deliveries en route to or from their home without a tracking number or even a FedEx account.

Free Standard Shipping

BajaForce, Inc’s Standard Shipping may include one of, or a combination of, USPS, UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, and On-Trac Ground shipping methods.

To qualify for Free Standard Shipping the parts on an individual order must meet a combined total of $149.00 or more after any discounts are taken. Any applicable taxes or handling charges are additional and do not summate towards the $149.00 minimum. Orders must be shipping standard ground to an address in the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Some parts require additional handling charges due to their extreme size and or weight: including wheels, tires, full suspension lift kits, oversized bumpers, tire carriers, body panels, storage racks, transfer cases, transmissions, and more. The following parts do not qualify for free shipping: Oversized items and items delivered by truck freight, as well as prior purchases and returns

  • Free shipping does not apply to Dealers.
  • Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If any item is returned by choice that originally included free shipping (not a defective or performance claim), there will be a restocking fee deducted from the refund.
  • Products marked with Freight or Handling charges DO NOT qualify for FREE SHIPPING.
  • Any cancellation must be approved prior to shipping.  Any item that has already shipped must be returned according to the Return Policy.

BajaForce, Inc. Shipping Policies

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. We primarily ship packages via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Ontrac methods. Complete orders will typically ship the same business day as long as they are placed before 2pm PST. While we make every attempt to ship the day of your order, there is no guarantee of this. We also cannot guarantee that your package will arrive in any particular time frame. There are instances where UPS, USPS, FedEx, and OnTrac will delay the shipment of a package due to unforeseen events. If your package has been delayed beyond its scheduled delivery time, we will not be able to refund any shipping charges. Please be aware that UPS, USPS, FedEx, and OnTrac do not have any guarantees as to the delivery time of a ground package.

Free shipping is offered on some of our products. Qualifying orders shipping within the continental U.S. can use Standard Shipping. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, or APO/FPO addresses do not qualify for free shipping. Please note that if you attempt to obtain free shipping on an order that does not qualify, your order will be held until we notify you and receive authorization for the additional shipping charges. Free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders.

If a customer is in receipt of merchandise that was drop-shipped (merchandise from one of BajaForce, Inc.’s distributors shipped directly to the customer), it is the customer’s responsibility to contact BajaForce, Inc. regarding the drop-shipped merchandise. We will not be held liable for issuing refunds and/or exchanges on any drop-shipped merchandise that a customer has chosen to return to the distributor. In addition, BajaForce, Inc. will not be held liable for any missing or damaged items that the customer has chosen to return to the distributor. Furthermore, if drop-shipped merchandise has been returned to the distributor by the customer, BajaForce, Inc. reserves the right to end all further assistance and proceedings regarding the customer’s order.

Should a package be lost or damaged, it is the customer’s responsibility to report the loss to BajaForce, Inc. so that the problem may be addressed in a timely manner. Lost UPS packages must be reported within 30 days of the original ship date of the package. Lost USPS packages must be reported within 90 days of the original ship date. The postal service will not allow us to open a USPS claim before 45 days from the original ship date. If you feel that your USPS package has been lost, you must submit your concern in writing so that we may open a claim with the postal service. Please be aware that claims cannot be opened after 90 days, and BajaForce, Inc. assumes no responsibility for claims made after these time periods.

BajaForce, Inc. is not responsible or obligated to honor any price, quantity, or shipping misprint on the Site. Errors can and do occur despite best efforts to avoid them. Prices, quantities and terms listed on the Site are advertisements only. They are not offers to contract. Any purported purchases made by you on the Site remain subject to review and acceptance by BajaForce, Inc.
